Danielle Lennon’s debut album titled STRING THEORY is now available for pre-order on Bandcamp (CD and digital) and iTunes (digital only). Those who pre-order on Bandcamp will instantly receive two full tracks in advance of the album’s November 7th worldwide release date. Digital downloads of these compositions are accessible immediately after completion of each pre-order sale. The advance tracks include: 29/12/11, and Full Rotation. Previews of both were previously included in the STRING THEORY teaser.
STRING THEORY is a collection of eight instrumental songs composed by Danielle Lennon, which deliver unforgettable, blockbuster-worthy musical soundscapes. The album is produced by Danielle Lennon and Matt Rogalsky, a renowned electro-acoustic composer, musicologist and producer for P.S. I Love You, among others. STRING THEORY prominently features performances by Danielle Lennon (Violin), Lisa Draper (Violin), Venetia Gauthier (Violin), Jeff Hamacher (Cello), Andy Love (Percussion, Handsonic), and Ashley Vanstone (Piano).
As a special bonus to celebrate the commencement of pre-order sales, Danielle has released an exclusive first look at the upcoming short film for the track Full Rotation. Visuals for this complimentary short were crafted by Kingston-area filmmaker, Brent Nurse, whose past projects include 21 Brothers, and Out For A Rip.
